2. Migration & Provisional Certificate (4 sets of Photocopy) compulsory
3. Citizenship & Passport (2 sets of photocopy) compulsory
4. Date of Birth certificate (2 sets of photocopy) compulsory
5. If the 12^th result is not declared please submitthe copy of the admit card issued by the board.
